As a Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions for our applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Backend Systems: Build and optimize server-side applications, APIs, and databases to deliver robust solutions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless application functionality.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain database structures to support application requirements.
• Ensure Scalability and Performance: Optimize backend services to handle high traffic and ensure minimal latency.
• API Development and Integration: Create RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and tools.
• Code Quality and Reviews: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and conducting code reviews.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve backend issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Stay Updated: Continuously learn and apply emerging backend technologies and tools to enhance systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
• Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• API Development: Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Frameworks: Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or equivalent.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Understanding of security and data protection best practices in backend development.
